As a business customer, your enquiries will be directed to our dedicated telephone Nerd Gurus. The Gurus provide specialised second line technical support and can assess your request and often resolve the issue over the phone on the spot.

We can often solve your problems remotely via the internet, saving time and money and getting you up and running quickly. You can access this service whenever you need it via our Call Centre. No specialist software is needed. With a bit of Nerd magic we create a temporary and secure link between your computer and ours.
