Terms and Conditions of Entry

1. All details and instructions within the Need A Nerd radio commercials and displayed on needanerd.co.nz website form part of the terms and conditions of this promotion.
2. Entry is deemed as acceptance of these terms & conditions.
   The Promotion commences on 01 June 2010 and closes on 31 July 2010 at 5.00pm.
3. As an entrant, you consent to your name and/or photo being used for reasonable publicity associated with the promotion.
4. The prize of $10,000 worth of technology products and services must be redeemed by 31 September 2010.
5. The prize includes 2 x Nokia E63 from Digital Mobile, 6 months of Bizo’s Online Services, Ace Training providing Microsoft Office training for 10 staff and Need A Nerd setting up the new IT infrastructure and 6 months remote monitoring.
6. Employees of Need A Nerd, Bizo, Digital Mobile and Ace Training their suppliers, their agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
7. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Entrants must live in New Zealand.
9. You may enter this competition only once online.
10. Entering your details to win this promotion on-line gives the right for Need A Nerd to post, phone or email you future information about other promotions, competitions and offers.
11. The first valid entry drawn will be awarded the prize.
